Luc Junior Denommée is a Canadian-American entrepreneur, strategist, and technology ecosystem builder based in Shenzhen, China. He has been active in East Asia since 2005, with experience in South Korea, Japan, and China, and has lived in Shenzhen since 2007.
His academic background includes studies in law, applied political science, international relations, and macroeconomics. He studied at institutions including the Universite de Sherbrooke, the University of the District of Columbia, Indiana University, and the University of Hong Kong.
In parallel with his formal studies, Luc developed extensive self-taught expertise in software and hardware development, including JavaScript, HTML, C++, JSON, system architecture, digital platforms, electronics ecosystems, automation, and AI-driven infrastructure.
Luc speaks French, English, Chinese, and Spanish. His international work has included carbon offsetting projects around the world, collaboration with African organizations focused on economic development, involvement in technology patent ecosystems, and long-term work connecting China's electronics markets with global business opportunities.
He is the founder of Quantum Neodev, an AI, software, hardware, and OEM development ecosystem, and has created what he describes as a "Chinese Oracle" of China's electronics markets: a digital intelligence and distribution infrastructure connecting Shenzhen, Huaqiangbei, SEG Plaza, B4AE, GO4QC, ChinaXGO, and a global network of market and country-focused platforms.
